Physical Product Policies
Returns & Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges are accepted on physical products only.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours with photos.
• I will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Digital Product Policies
No Refunds on Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital products are non‑refundable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct file type for your project.
Check Seamless Files Before Printing
• Always test your seamless design / seamless pattern / repeating pattern at a small scale before sending to print.
• If there is an error in the file itself (tiling issue, stray pixel, transparency problem, etc.), I will fix it free of charge.
No Digital Alteration
• Digital files may not be altered, recolored, edited, or modified in any way unless you have purchased an extended license that explicitly allows it.
• You may resize the file for your project, but the artwork itself cannot be changed.

Licensing & Usage
Personal Use License (Included with Purchase)
You may use digital files for:
• Personal crafting
• Small handmade products
• Small business use up to 100 physical end products (shirts, tumblers, stickers, etc.)
Commercial License (Required for Fabric Shops & Large‑Scale Production)
A commercial license is required if you:
• Sell fabric by the yard
• Sell printed sheets (UV DTF, sublimation sheets, waterslides, etc.)
• Sell bulk manufactured items
• Produce more than 100 units of a single design
• Use the design in mass‑production or outsourced printing
Prohibited Uses
• Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital file itself
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Uploading the design to print‑on‑demand sites (unless you have an extended POD license)
• Creating new digital products using my artwork (clipart, seamless patterns, digital papers, etc.)

Order Issues & File Problems
If you experience:
• A file that won’t open
• A seamless pattern that doesn’t tile correctly
• A PNG with transparency issues
• A corrupted download
Contact me and I will repair or replace the file at no cost.

Processing Times
• Digital products are available instantly after purchase.
• Physical products ship within the timeframe listed on each product page.
